General Bonus Terms

1. Scope and acceptance

By activating, claiming or using a bonus, players confirm that they have read and understood the general terms and the specific promotion's terms. Anyone who does not accept them should decline or cancel the bonus before placing the first bet, if that function is available.

Displaying an offer does not guarantee eligibility or an award of funds. Bonuses may be restricted by region, age, account status, payment method, currency, device, product or previous use of other promotions.

2. Eligibility

5. Wagering requirements

A wagering requirement states how much must be bet before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. It may apply to the bonus amount, the combined deposit and bonus, or free-spin winnings. The calculation basis and multiplier are specified in the individual promotion's terms.

Example: if a 30× wagering requirement applies only to a bonus of 50 units, qualifying bets must total 1,500 units. This illustrates the calculation only; the actual wagering factor and calculation basis are set by the terms of each offer.

Cancelled, unsettled, hedged or otherwise ineligible bets may not count towards wagering. The progress shown in the player's account is authoritative.

6. Game contributions and excluded games

Not every game contributes equally to wagering requirements. Slots may count fully, partly or not at all; table games, live casino, video poker, jackpots, sports betting and low-risk games may have limited or zero contribution.

The list of eligible and excluded games may change during a promotion if the operator's terms and applicable law permit it. Check a game's contribution before playing. Earlier bets do not become eligible simply because a game later appears on a different list.

7. Maximum bet with an active bonus

An active bonus may specify a maximum bet per round, spin, hand or wager. The exact amount and treatment of additional features are set out in the promotion's terms. Feature purchases, doubled stakes, side bets and simultaneous partial bets may be included in the calculation.

Exceeding the permitted bet may result in cancellation of the bonus and related winnings. Players are responsible for checking their stake again after changing a game or betting mode.

8. Free spins

Free spins may be limited to specified games, stake values and periods. Unused spins expire at the stated deadline. Spin winnings may be credited as a bonus balance and subject to separate wagering requirements, winning caps or withdrawal rules.

If spins are issued in several packages, each package may have its own activation and use deadline. Reinstatement of expired spins is not guaranteed.

9. Cashback, reload bonuses, tournaments and loyalty

Cashback may be calculated from net losses or another defined value over a specified period. Excluded games, bonus balances, cancelled bets, fees and previously paid refunds may affect the calculation. A reload bonus usually requires a further qualifying deposit.

10. Bonus abuse and prohibited strategies

Prohibited activities may include multiple accounts, false identity, collusion, automated systems, exploiting technical errors, opposing bets, risk-free wagering, payment manipulation and other strategies intended solely to guarantee conversion of a bonus into cash.

Where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion, the operator may review bets, hold a bonus balance, recalculate winnings, request documents, restrict the account or investigate linked accounts. Decisions must comply with the applicable terms and law.

11. Expiry, cancellation and changes

A bonus expires if activation, use or wagering deadlines are not met. After expiry, the bonus balance, free spins and related winnings may be removed automatically. A withdrawal, payment reversal or account closure may also end an active bonus.

Promotions may be changed, suspended or ended where the terms and law permit. Properly activated offers should be handled under the rules provided at activation, unless overriding security, legal or abuse concerns require otherwise.

12. Withdrawals and verification

Bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn only after all wagering requirements are met, account checks are complete and all open bets are settled. The operator may request confirmation of identity, address, age, payment and source of funds.

A bonus does not limit the operator's right to perform required KYC, AML, fraud prevention and security checks. Processing time may begin only after all required documents have been supplied.
